Ali Campbell Hypnotherapy Practitioner Course – January 2026 (Rossington Hall, Doncaster)

1. Booking & Deposit
1.1. A non-refundable deposit of £500 is required to secure your place on the January 2026 Ali Campbell Hypnotherapy Practitioner Course (“the Course”).
1.2. Payment of the deposit constitutes a binding agreement to attend the Course and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
1.3. Places are limited and allocated strictly on a first-come, first-served basis upon receipt of the deposit.
2. Course Fees & Payment (Excluding any discount)
2.1. The total cost of the Course is £2,905 per participant.
2.2. The remaining balance after the deposit (£2,405) may be:
paid in one full payment, or
divided into two separate instalments (dates confirmed at time of booking).
2.3. Final payment must be received no later than 15 January 2026, two weeks prior to the start of the Course.
2.4. Failure to make full payment by this date may result in your place being forfeited and your deposit retained.
3. Cancellations, Refunds & Transfers
3.1. The £500 deposit is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
3.2. If you cancel your booking after paying the full or partial balance:
More than 8 weeks before the Course start date – 50% of the total fee (excluding deposit) will be refunded.
Less than 8 weeks before the Course start date – no refund will be issued.
3.3. In exceptional circumstances (e.g. medical emergencies with evidence), your place may be transferred to a later course at the sole discretion of David Carroll Hypnotherapy & Practitioner Training.
3.4. Substitutions (transferring your place to another participant) may be accepted with prior written consent.
4. Course Venue & Accommodation
4.1. The Course will take place at Rossington Hall, Great North Road, Doncaster DN11 0HR, from Sunday 25 January to Friday 30 January 2026.
4.2. Accommodation is provided as part of the Course fee for the full duration of the training.
4.3. Cereals, fruit, tea, coffee, and bottled water will be provided each day as part of the Course.
4.4. Lunch and evening meals are not included. Participants are responsible for providing their own lunch and evening meals during the Course.
4.5. All participants will have full use of Rossington Hall and its 250-acre private grounds, including communal areas and outdoor spaces, for the duration of the Course.
4.6. Participants will also have access to kitchen facilities, fridges, freezers, and storage areas, enabling them to bring and prepare their own food as required.
4.7. All training materials and certification costs are included in the Course fee.
5. Participant Responsibilities
5.1. You are responsible for ensuring that you attend the full duration of the Course to qualify for certification.
5.2. You must behave in a respectful, professional manner throughout the Course. Disruptive, offensive, or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the Course without refund.
5.3. While attending Rossington Hall, participants are expected to treat the venue with the utmost care and respect. The Hall is a historic building containing valuable furnishings, fixtures, and fittings.
5.4. Any damage, breakages, or loss caused to Rossington Hall property (including rooms, facilities, or contents) — whether accidental or deliberate — will be the financial responsibility of the participant involved.
5.5. David Carroll Hypnotherapy & Practitioner Training reserves the right to recover from the participant any costs charged by Rossington Hall in respect of such damages.
5.6. You are responsible for your own travel, meals, and any additional expenses incurred during the Course.
5.7. You are responsible for arranging personal insurance to cover travel, accommodation, or other unforeseen circumstances.
6. Video Recording & Use of Content
6.1. For safety, safeguarding, and quality assurance purposes, each day of teaching will be recorded by the organiser.
6.2. By participating in this Course, you give permission for your image and voice to be recorded during the training.
6.3. These recordings are for internal use only and will not be shared, distributed, or made accessible to participants or the public.
6.4. Participants may use personal video or audio recording equipment during the Course strictly for private study and review purposes only.
6.5. Recorded material must not be shared publicly, uploaded, or distributed on any platform including but not limited to Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter/X, or any website or online forum.
6.6. All course materials, demonstrations, and recordings remain the intellectual property of David Carroll Hypnotherapy & Practitioner Training and/or the Ali Campbell Hypnotherapy Practitioner Academy.
6.7. Any unauthorised sharing, publishing, or distribution of course content or recordings will constitute a breach of these Terms and Conditions and may result in immediate removal from the Course without refund and potential legal action.
7. Certification & Accreditation
7.1. Successful completion of the Course leads to accreditation through the Ali Campbell Hypnotherapy Practitioner Academy, recognised by the International Association of Counsellors and Therapists (IACT).
7.2. Certification is contingent upon full attendance, participation, and satisfactory completion of all training requirements.
8. Changes & Cancellations by the Organiser
8.1. David Carroll Hypnotherapy & Practitioner Training reserves the right to alter dates, times, venues, or content if necessary due to circumstances beyond its control (e.g. illness, venue issues, travel restrictions).
8.2. In the unlikely event that the Course is cancelled by the organiser, all monies paid (including deposits) will be refunded in full or transferred to a future course — at your discretion.
8.3. The organiser is not liable for any consequential losses (e.g. travel, meals, or other expenses).
9. Liability
9.1. Attendance is at your own risk. David Carroll Hypnotherapy & Practitioner Training accepts no liability for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property unless caused by proven negligence.
9.2. You are advised to obtain personal travel or event cancellation insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.
10. Data Protection
10.1. Personal information provided during the booking process will be handled in accordance with the UK Data Protection Act 2018 and GDPR regulations.
10.2. By booking, you consent to being contacted for purposes directly related to the Course, including updates, certification, and ongoing support.
11. Governing Law
11.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
11.2. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
